🚐 Winnebago's fiscal fourth-quarter revenue fell 17% to $645.1 million, and net income dropped to $9.7 million from $13.7 million, on lower unit volume and a shift to lower-priced models. It guides fiscal 2027 revenue of $2.65 billion to $2.80 billion, against $2.70 billion in fiscal 2026, and says the “timing and pace of recovery remain difficult to predict.”

📷 Starman Optical, a privately held U.S. maker of optical transceivers for AI data centers, has agreed to acquire GoPro for $285 million, or $1.14 a share, and will pay off about $92 million in GoPro debt at closing. GoPro shareholders will own about 10% of the combined company, which stays publicly traded, and GoPro has filed its preliminary proxy statement with the SEC.

🕶️ Meta has filed a patent application for smart glasses that auto-edit highlight reels from a hike. The glasses pick clips by spoken keywords, emotional tone, background noise, objects in view, and heart rate or gaze data from paired Garmin devices. It's an application, not an announced product, and privacy is the main hurdle.
